Are you a carer aged between 18 and 25, currently studying at University? If so, Carers Australia Ambassador Chantelle Day would like to hear from you!

Chantelle is undertaking a survey which looks at the effects of maintaining a caring role while studying at University, and would like to hear from current University students who juggle their studies with caring responsibilities.

This research project aims to develop strategies to promote student engagement and academic achievement among young carers at University, many of whom can be at risk of withdrawing from their studies due to the demands of their caring role.

The survey consists of a brief questionnaire followed by an informal interview, designed to document the experiences of student carers.

If you would like to participate in the study, you can contact Chantelle via chantelle.day@griffithuni.edu.au or on 0410 017 957.
